Pastor, Greater Faith World Outreach Ministry — Grandview, MO
Dr. Green is married to Stephanie and has been blessed with three children: Michael Jr. (Erica), Nicole, and Steven (Jasmine). He is currently installed as Pastor for Greater Faith World Outreach Ministry in Grandview, Mo. He is a businessman and certified counselor.
Dr. Green's educational background includes a Doctorate of Philosophy in Christian Counseling Psychology, certification as a Christian Counseling Therapist, a Masters of Ministry in Counseling, and other studies in Business, Bible, and Religious education.
Earlier in his career, he ran a successful non-profit organization for eight years in a small rural community, raising thousands of dollars in grants, donations, and in-kind contributions. Because of his success, his organization placed in the top 50 out of 350 of the best-run agencies in the state of Missouri.
First Lady, Greater Faith World Outreach Ministry
First Lady Stephanie M. Green was born in St. Louis, Mo., the seventh of eight siblings — five brothers and two sisters. Since birth, she has had a kind, giving, and meek spirit. She married Michael L. Green Sr. in 1984.
The Lord has blessed them with three children: Michael Jr. (Erica) (granddaughters Emaiya and Miyauni and grandson Michael III), Stephanie "Nicole" (grandsons Ar'Michael and Thai), and Steven (Jasmine). Being "Mama" and "Nana" bring First Lady so much joy — her children and grandchildren hold a special key to her heart.
After residing in Sikeston, MO for 18 years, the Lord called Bishop and First Lady Green to Kansas City, MO to start Greater Faith World Outreach Ministry, Inc. in October 2002. The Lord has blessed them with dedicated and loving members to support the ministry, who are more like extended family.
First Lady obtained an AA in Biblical Studies from Green Memorial Biblical University and a Masters from Greater Faith International Bible Institute & College. She spent 27 years in the finance industry and is now a retired Senior Financial Relationship Specialist and a Missouri Notary Public. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and cooking.
Our goal is simple: to move youth and adults from simply being church members to living a fully disciplined life.
